hot flax cereal
ingredients
- 3 TB flax meal
- 3 TB unflavored, unsweetened milk-based protein powder
- 1 TB lecithin granules
- 2/3 cup hot water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 TB cream
- 1 packet of sweetener (aspartame, sucralose, etc.)
method
Mix flax meal, protein powder and lecithin with water until thoroughly wetted. Microwave for a minute (or heat on top of double boiler). Mix in cinnamon, cream and sweetener.
