The strconcatarray class was developed by Marcus Tucker. This is much faster than native string concatenation in VBScript. We use it; we love it. Go Marcus!
We really like the Ultimate DropDown Menu which we've licensed from Brothercake a few times. This sucker is a completely configurable, browser-agnostic, ADA-compliant drop-down menu written in CSS and JavaScript. It rocks!
When we need a handy object, often Persits Software has something we can use, like their ASPemail, ASPupload, ASPjpeg, or ASPEncrypt components. Some of these are free, other have small licensing fees after an evaluation period. Good stuff!
We only needed the colorpicker once, but weren't we ever glad the Websorcerer had done the math for us!
QuirksMode is an extremely useful JavaScript and CSS resource by Peter-Paul Koch.

We host our site with NETWORKTAP. We know these guys and they are amazingly clueful; can't recommend them highly enough!
We do domain name registration via Domain Discover, who had the first TOS stating that customers owned their own domain names.
We've used MyEmma for mailing list stuff for our customers a number of times. Their application is very user-friendly and their web site is humorous.
